Welcome to the Bailey Ranch Estates and Sawgrass Park Homeowners' Association website. Our quiet, family oriented neighborhood is located in Owasso, Oklahoma, approxiately 15 minutes north of Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Owasso is one the fastest growing communities in the state of Oklahoma. 

Bailey Ranch Estates and Sawgrass Park has approximately 530 homes within our neighborhood. We have a community pool, playgrounds, three neighborhood ponds and a clubhouse for our members of the association to enjoy.
