Clubhouse Information The Clubhouse is located at 10307 N. 116th E. Court. The Clubhouse can hold up to 50 people and has nice folding tables and chairs. It also has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, stove, and microwave. If you wish to reserve the clubhouse for an event please email at Once you have been approved, your event will be placed on the calendar. Your dues must be paid in order for you to rent the clubhouse. The fee to rent the clubhouse is $10.00 per hour with a minimum time of three (3) hours plus a cleaning deposit of $75.00. During the pool season rental time may be limited to four (4) hours. The clubhouse is available from 10:00 a.m. to 9:45 p.m. seven (7) days a week. During pool season there will be no rentals on Mondays for the cleaning of the pool. The exceptions are Memorial Day and Labor Day.
